Our Team
I founded Novabay after more than 17 years working across real estate, construction, and strategic project delivery throughout Europe. With my civil engineering background, I stay personally involved in every project — from early strategy and structuring through to technical coordination and delivery.
My role is to make sure decisions are clear, risks are identified early, and the project is delivered to the right standards of quality and compliance. I work closely with you throughout the process, as a hands-on partner rather than a distant advisor.
I work closely with Iveta to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays clear from the client side. My focus is on communication, coordination, and keeping everyone aligned, especially when projects involve different teams, countries, or moving parts. I’m often the steady point of contact — making sure information flows properly, questions are answered quickly, and nothing gets lost between planning and delivery. My goal is simple: to make the process feel organised, transparent, and easy to work with.
I work alongside the Novabay team in luxury real estate across Portugal, with a strong focus on the Greater Lisbon area. My role is to support clients in the premium segment with a highly personal, discreet approach — combining deep local insight with an international perspective and trusted relationships.
Before real estate, I worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients in private aviation, which shaped my service-first mindset and attention to detail. Having lived in Portugal for many years and working fluently in English, French, and Portuguese, I also bring strong connections to the wider luxury ecosystem — from motor racing and classic cars to yachting and lifestyle assets — making my role a natural fit within the Novabay and Kobaltsky partnership.

Through this collaboration, projects benefit from over 25 years of façade expertise, led by Başak Taşdelen Efe, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and risk control.
KOBALTSKY is an internationally recognized studio creating large-scale polygonal stainless steel sculptures for architectural and luxury environments.
Each piece combines art, engineering, and precision craftsmanship — designed as a commanding focal point within high-end spaces.
